The new super highway between Montego Bay and Negril gives easy access to the property. Cotton Tree Bay is a 50-minute drive from Montego Bay and only a 10-minute drive from Negril. The Negril Airport has daily flights arriving from Montego Bay. Flights are 20 minutes in the air in each direction.
